COVID-19 INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be fluid and constantly evolving.  Here at Tailored Management we are closely monitoring the situation and will provide additional information as it becomes available.  To ensure we are creating a safe environment for our associates and candidates during the hiring process, all internal interviews will be conducted virtually.

Tailored Management has extended the remote work timeline until April 1, 2021. This return date is flexible, and will be adjusted, if necessary, as the situation continues to evolve. For additional questions, please contact hr@tailoredmanagement.com

Tailored Management’s COVID-19 policy includes the following in office requirements:

  • Remote interview process
  • Temperature screenings and handwashing are required upon building entry
  • Mask wearing at all times when up from workstation
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet at all times
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting cleaning procedures in place
