By referring candidates to iRipple, LLC d/b/a Jobvious (“Jobvious”) for employment by SBL Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Tailored Management (“Tailored Management”) and assignment to a Tailored Management client, I agree and understand that, if the candidate is selected for further screening, the candidate will be contacted by an employee of Tailored Management in order to initiate a screening process and any follow up thereto. Additionally, by referring candidates to Jobvious, I consent to the disclosure of my name by Tailored Management to the candidate as the source of the referral, at any time during communications with the candidate. Finally, I understand that referring candidates to Jobvious for employment with Tailored Management is voluntary and that my participation in the program may be discontinued at any time, without penalty.
