This person will be responsible for creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining eCommerce platforms.   • Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
  • Designs and develops Magento platform and additional eCommerce platforms.
  • Sets expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
  • Coordinates and leads development team
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
  • Supports users by developing architectural documentation and assistance tools.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



  • 6+ years of Digital Software Development experience
  • Experience working as a hands-on development lead in Magento and at least one additional leading platforms in the eCommerce space. Platforms of proficiency – IBM, Oracle, SAP/Hybris
  • Experience with Java, Java Applets,
  •  Web Programming Skills: SQL, code source control, SOAP, Rest, jQuery, AJAX
  • Experience with Web User Interface, Design Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Multimedia Content Development,  and Software Debugging
  • Ability to handle internal content operations and deliver go to market message based on their service offerings/product functionality including content strategy. This includes working with Content and eCommerce to support
  • marketing and sales efforts
  • Understanding of omni-channel commerce, digital content & asset management, content marketing, digital demand generation & conversion rate optimization, digital commerce operations, online customer experience.
  • Digital consulting and client-side experience in content operations and demonstrable knowledge of eCommerce.
