Pay: $24.62 / hour
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Start Date: 9/24/2019 (Tentative)
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Cordially and professionally answer incoming calls; greet visitors and direct clients and visitors to appropriate individuals. Provide some additional clerical assistance to complex or branch, at the direction of Management.
1. Answer incoming calls in a cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
2. Take accurate, thorough messages.
3. Greet clients and visitors to office with warmth and professionalism.
4. Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Complex / Branch Manager, e.g., filing, maintaining branch library, etc.
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience working for a large company (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of telephone equipment
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
- High school diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment w/ Office of 200+ individuals and 200+ phone lines
- Organized individual with attention to detail as they will be delegated to work on tasks as directed by management
- Professional attire and demeanor
