Job Title: Call Center Representative 
Location: Springboro Pike Dayton, Ohio 45448
Pay: $12.88/hr
Schedule: Training: M-F 9am-5:30pm for the first two weeks (required). After training, shifts will vary Monday – Friday 9am-9pm with some Saturdays (9am – 5:30pm)
Duration: 7/22/19 – 1/22/20 (opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance)

Job Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to current and prospective Auto and Home customers in order to connect to licensed agents who will close the business
  • Outbound Representative may also take inbound calls and process according to established policy and procedure
  • Uses computerized systems to track, troubleshoot and gather information while tracking and reporting consistent issues or problems
  • Handles interactions with customers that may be non-routine and multiple situations which may require adaptation of response or advanced problem solving techniques

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or call center environment (sales/call center experience preferred but not required)
  • Experience with multiple screens/platforms
