When you get a job with Tailored Management, you're usually on our payroll for a lengthy period - sometimes for a year or more - before transitioning to the payroll of the company where you work. And, as our employee, you'll enjoy the excellent benefits offered directly by Tailored Management.
Pay
Our pay policy is judged to be on the generous side of competitive. Most employees ultimately transition to the company for whom we've done the staffing and, almost always, that pay is identical to the Tailored Management pay level.
