Most of the time, our client's staff are hired as full-time Tailored Management employees. Employed Recruiting
Temporary agencies hire the approximately four percent of our population that is unemployed. These are people who can't find jobs and, with few exceptions, we do not consider them to be the best candidates for our clients. More than three-quarters of the people we recruit are employed.
